We are Cheadle Medical Practice, Gatley Medical Centre, Finney Lane Surgery and Heald Green Health Centre and we are working together to provide you with additional NHS services at scale in your area.
This means that we share some staff and space within our practices and regularly meet to work on how we can do things better. We are working towards even better collaboration and integration with our delivery partners such as Stockport Council, the local NHS Trusts and community services such as nursing and pharmacy in order to ensure residents within the Cheadle PCN Neighbourhood are offered a holistic approach to support them to live well.
